The tour operates in most weather conditions. Snorkeling locations or schedules may change due to sea conditions or for safety reasons. Marine life sightings, including turtles and other sea creatures, cannot be guaranteed. Please follow all safety instructions provided by the snorkeling guide. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. If this occurs, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
