Terms & Conditions Please read the following terms before booking your Mount Batur Sunrise Jeep Tour with Semara Bali Tours. Booking & Payment * A deposit is required to confirm your booking. * The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour by **cash (IDR), bank transfer, or card**. * Card payments and online payment links are subject to a **3% processing fee**. * Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. --- ## Cancellation Policy * Free cancellation is available up to **24 hours before** the tour starts. * Cancellations made less than **24 hours** before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable. * If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent the tour from operating, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. --- ## Hotel Pickup * Complimentary hotel pickup is available in selected areas. * Additional charges may apply for hotels located outside our standard pickup zones. * Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least **10 minutes before** your scheduled pickup time. --- ## Weather Conditions * Sunrise visibility depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. * The tour operates in most weather conditions unless local authorities determine it is unsafe. --- ## Tour Schedule * Pickup times are approximate and may vary depending on your hotel location and traffic conditions. * The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, volcanic activity, or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure guest safety. --- ## Health & Safety * This tour is suitable for most travellers; however, it is **not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious back, neck, or heart conditions** due to the off-road jeep ride. * Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. * Please follow all instructions provided by your jeep driver for your safety. --- ## Personal Belongings * Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. * Semara Bali Tours is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour. --- ## Insurance * Basic insurance is included where provided by the activity operator. * We recommend all travellers have their own travel insurance for additional coverage. --- ## Additional Information * Wear warm clothing as temperatures at Mount Batur before sunrise can be as low as **10°C–16°C**. * Comfortable closed-toe shoes are recommended. * The coffee plantation visit is optional and subject to available time. --- By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
