Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour by cash (IDR), bank transfer, or card. Card payments and online payment links are subject to a 3% processing fee. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable. If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent the tour from operating, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Hotel Pickup Complimentary private hotel pickup and drop-off are available from Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak. Additional transport fees apply for pickup and drop-off outside these areas. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Tour Information Hotel transportation is provided on a private basis. The cycling activity is generally operated as a shared tour with other guests. A private cycling tour can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to availability. Health & Safety This tour is suitable for guests with basic cycling skills. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All participants must wear the provided safety helmet during the cycling tour. Please follow your guide's instructions at all times for your safety. Weather Conditions The tour operates in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the itinerary may be modified, postponed, or rescheduled for safety reasons. Swimming Pool Access The finish point features an optional swimming pool. Guests are welcome to bring a change of clothes if they wish to swim. Swimming pool access is not included in the tour price and requires an additional entrance fee, payable directly at the venue.
